AA2500-S-Flexible
Navigates your logistics process completely autonomously and safely.

Autonomous precision.
Autonomous precision.
Where the AGVs AA-S-Guided follow an optical line completely autonomously, our AMRs AA-S-Flexible, without human intervention, navigate completely autonomously by scanning and recognizing their surroundings. The AA2500-S-Flexible does this using advanced laser-guided localization and mapping (SLAM). Using BlueBotics (ANT) modules and software packages, this AMR can map its environment, plan its preferred route and then freely navigate through its virtually programmed environment. Multiple routes with multiple AMRs can be planned in detail in this advanced software package. Additional functionalities such as charging, parking and loading and unloading actions can be integrated into the routes.
The AA2500-S-Flexible is specially designed for handling heavy wheeled loads (carts, trolleys, dollies) in intra-logistics environments. Thanks to its powered traction and large wheels, the AMR can handle some unevenness of the floor. Equipped with a 750W (brushless) DC motor, the AA2500-S-Flexible offers a very cost-effective and productive solution for short- and long-distance transport of loads up to 2.500 kg. Its compactness ensures maximum maneuverability when used in complex environments or confined spaces.
Safe.
The AA2500-S-Flexible is equipped with multiple safety features. For example, there is a sturdy bumper on the front, behind which is the safety laser scanner, which continuously monitors the environment with precision. The AMR immediately stops when an object or person enters the safety field. Also, the AA2500-S-Flexible is equipped with an effective parking brake to keep the AMR, even with heavy loads, safely in place. Rugged metal cladding protects the drive unit and electrical components, while the low chassis protects the operator’s feet. In an urgent unexpected situation, the AMR can be stopped immediately by pressing the emergency button on the frame or on the control console. To increase visibility, the AMR has white headlights in the front and red lights in the rear.
ANT Driven by Blue Botics
BlueBotics ‘ ANT technology (software) provides smart and powerful automation functions for mobile robots (AMRs), among others. Through the use of lasers and sensors, ANT technology can position the robot with an accuracy of ±1 cm in on the “map” of the space where the mobile robot is operating. While moving the load along the virtual path, the AMR automatically stops at a blockage or obstacle. Where the AMR stops and moves on after removing the blockage, the AMR with ANT technology will autonomously choose a safe route around the obstacle or blockage.
BlueBotics’ ANT technology makes logistics processes smarter, smoother and more flexible, increasing safety and ultimately saving time and costs. When multiple machines in a logistics process are equipped with ANT technology, it will make your logistics process even safer, more effective and efficient.
Powerful.
The AA2500-S-Flexible is capable of effortlessly moving heavy loads on wheels up to as much as 2.500kg in weight. Equipped with a 750W (brushless) DC motor, the AA2500-S-Flexible offers a very cost-effective and productive solution for short- and long-distance transportation of loads up to 2.500kg.
Efficient.
The compact and interchangeable LiFePo4 batteries allow intermittent charging via external charger at any power outlet for optimal uptime. Because of this efficient battery swapping system, There is also the option of inductive charging. In either case, the AMR is minimally idle for maximum productivity. If your logistics processes include multiple ANT-driven (BlueBotics) machines, the AA2500-S-Flexible can easily be added to them for even better coordination and synergy within your logistics process.
