While the AA-S-Guided AGVs autonomously follow an optical line, our AA-S-Flexible AMRs navigate completely independently by scanning and recognizing their surroundings, without human intervention. The AA1000-S-Flexible does this using advanced laser-guided localization and mapping (SLAM). With the BlueBotics (ANT) modules and software packages, this AMR can map its environment, plan its preferred route, and navigate freely through its virtually programmed environment. Multiple routes with multiple AMRs can be precisely planned in this advanced software package. Additional functionalities such as charging, parking, and loading/unloading actions can be integrated into the routes.

The AA1000-S-Flexible is specifically designed for handling heavy loads on wheels (carts, trolleys, dollies) in intra-logistics environments. With powered traction and large wheels, the AMR can manage slight floor unevenness. Equipped with an 600W (brushless) DC motor, the AA1000-S-Flexible offers a highly cost-effective and productive solution for short and long-distance transportation of loads up to 1.000 kg. Its compact design ensures maximum maneuverability in complex or confined spaces.

Safety.
The AA1000-S-Flexible is equipped with multiple safety features. A sturdy bumper is located at the front, behind which is a safety laser scanner that constantly monitors the surroundings. The AMR stops immediately when an object or person enters the safety field. It also features an effective parking brake to safely hold the AMR in place, even with heavy loads. The robust metal casing protects the drive unit and electrical components, while the low chassis safeguards the operator’s feet. In an emergency, the AMR can be stopped immediately by pressing the emergency button on the frame or control console. For increased visibility, the AMR has white headlights at the front and red lights at the back.

ANT Driven by BlueBotics
BlueBotics’ ANT technology (software) provides smart and powerful automation features for mobile robots (AMRs). Using lasers and sensors, ANT technology locates the robot with an accuracy of ±1 cm within the “map” of the operating space. While transporting loads along the virtual path, the AMR automatically stops when encountering a blockage or obstacle. Where an AMR stops and then proceeds after the blockage is removed, with ANT technology, it autonomously selects a safe route to bypass the obstacle. BlueBotics’ ANT technology makes logistics processes smarter, smoother, and more flexible, enhancing safety and ultimately saving time and costs. When multiple machines in a logistics process are equipped with ANT technology, it will make your logistics process even safer, more effective, and more efficient.

Powerful.
The AA2500-S-Flexible can effortlessly move heavy loads on wheels weighing up to 1.000 kg. Equipped with an 600W (brushless) DC motor, it offers a highly cost-effective and productive solution for both short and long-distance transport of loads up to 1.000 kg.

Efficient.
The compact and interchangeable LiFePo4 batteries allow for quick charging via an external charger at any standard power outlet, ensuring optimal uptime. With this efficient battery swap system, there is also an option for inductive charging. In both cases, the AMR remains operational for minimal downtime, ensuring maximum productivity. When your logistics processes involve multiple ANT-driven (BlueBotics) machines, the AA1000-S-Flexible can easily be added, improving coordination and synergy within your logistics process.
